Shiraz (Syrah) is known as Syrah in France and Shiraz in Australia. The grains are blue-black, short oval shaped, medium sized.

It is produced as a result of processing Syrah (Shiraz) grapes grown in our organic vineyards in Malatya, Battalgazi, together with their seeds. There is about 8 kg of organic black grape Syrah (Shiraz) in the jar with its seeds and skin.
